Lump in neck, sore throat, swollen glands, blood in stools. Causes for symptoms?

I have a lump, a bit smaller than a golf ball, in my neck . I got it when I moved to xxxxx about 2 months ago, I had a sore throat and swollen glands - the sore throat went away but the lump is still here and it gets bigger and smaller every day. Also, occasionally there is a small amount of blood in my stool . Please help.
