Welcome to HCM,
From your history it seems that you have got Hematoma, blood collection on shin of your tibia giving rise to big lump.
Now due to gravitation down it appeared on ankle as well.
Go for applying ice pack for 10 minutes 2-3 times in a day.
Take anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medicines for few days.
Give rest to the part.
Ok and bye.
