sure and thank you am concerned about a lump at base of neck between base of neck and top of shoulder about size of 50 cent piece smells bad and just recently I experienced a pinched nerve in which hospital tol me was a spasm and am still having three fingers on left hand tingling and arm is weak ? 45yrs 5'9" 170 lbs not much medical history I know bad

Lump smelling bad usually turns out to be a sebaceous cyst.
A sebaceous cyst is a cyst under skin filled with foul smelling cheesy discharge.
You can get a FNAC done and be sure about it. Sebaceous cysts are not dangerous and are treated by surgically excising them.
