General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Seeing the site it appears that you might be having Sebaceous cyst, small lipoma or some lump in the breast.
In sebaceous cyst there is black punctum in center of the lump.
There is possibility of having Fibroadenoma, a benign condition is likely.
Consult your surgeon and get this lump examined thoroughly.
Ok and bye.
