Lower Stomach Hurts Before Passing Motion. Blood In Stools. Why?

Yes after using the rest room I go to wipe my self and noticed I have blood on the toilet paper. I don't have and problems or consepation. I drink a lot of water and eat nuts foe fiber. Also some times before I use the rest room my lower stomach hurts and I can't hold it I have to immediately use the rest room to relieved the pain. After wards I'm find but once in a while have blood on the toilet paper after wiping myself

Hi,
You may have haemorrhoids (piles) which is one of the commonest causes of blood when passing a stool. However, you should visit your doctor to exclude anything more serious conditions of the bowel. Your doctor may want to do some blood tests and possibly a sigmoidoscopy to check out your lower bowel.
