Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The causes of lower abdominal pain are perineal ifection, urinary tract infection, or stone in the ureter near the bladder. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an ultra sound and culture and sensitivity of urine for diagnosis . Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to hasten the recovery. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
