Lower Pelvic Pain, Thick Vaginal Discharge, Blood Clots, Lower Back Pain. Diagnosed As Cyst, PCOS
I am experiencing severe and constant lower right pelvic pain located on the left side of my right hip. Followed with very black, thick vaginal discharge with foul odor. Also blood clots. Lower back pain and pain below right ribs. I ve lost about 22 lbs. in a little over one month. Please some suggestions PLEASE. I have been diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis, PCOS, by two different doctors. I have constant cysts on my right ovary and am in constant pain.
An abdominal ultrasound still has its place under these circumstances. It is imprtant to know the size and contents of the uterus. This could give an idea of the thickening of the endometrium and state of ovaries that could explain the bleeding. Vaginal discharge deserves first a physical examination to ascertain the color, odor, and the abundance. Samples could then be taken to the laboratory to check for the bacteria, culture and do sensitivity tests. Thanks and kind regards. I suggest you see your primary care doctor or gynecologist.
