Hi
Thanks for posting your query
Your symptoms reveal that you have a bacterial infection which has produced pain and swelling. I suggest you to go to your doctor so that he will start you on appropriate antibiotic. Face is considered rs a danger zone as far as infections are concerned as the infection may get into the brain if neglected. Hence I request to listen to my advice and start on a broad spectrum antibiotic.
