Lower back pain, recurring after passing bowels, post sex. Core strength exercises help. Treatment?

I have pain in my lower back. I have been having physiotherapy on it now for 3 months, been to the doctors had anti inflammable tablets and pain killers. I have been doing core strength exercises for 7 weeks which has really worked for me. stopped the tablets. But after going to the toilet or sex the pain comes back really bad to the point were in work I drop things. any ideas please
