Lower Back Pain, Frequent Urination, Dizziness, Nausea. Pregnancy Test Inconclusive. Pregnant?

hey i was wondering if you could help me. i did 3 pregnancy test and one was done first thing in the morning and the other 2 was done in the evening time and they came up pregnant. the other 3 came up negitive. im getting lower back pain , More Frequent Urination , Fatigue , dizzieness, feeling sick, cramping, Going off certain things could it be signs that im pregnant. thanks

The symptoms you are having are all non specific and do not conclusively indicate about pregnancy. It is best to get the serum beta HCG levels evaluated to confirm the diagnosis. This is more specific test for pregnancy.
