Lower back pain. Intestine blocked? Treatment?

Hi im 29 years old i weight about 145 and im 5 3 and i have been having lower back pains for almost a year and a half. i have had xrays, ct scan and mri done. they say that nothing seem to be wrong but i just had another Ct scan about a month ago and they found that i a blocked in my intestine and that there a mild thinking in the bladder . what is the treatment for this and what do i need to be worried about?
