Lower Back Is Hurting In 35 Weeks Of Pregnancy, Could This Be Labor ?

im 35 weeks pregnant , my lower back is hurting. the past few nights i havent been able to sleep on a back or left side because it feels like my organs are being smooshed and it causes shortness of breath . today, while working, i got this back pain and i felt as though i was laying on my back when i was standing and sitting. my lower back is still hurting hours later. could this be labor?

hello,
at 35 weeks back pain and fatigue are common for pregnant women.but it can also be labour pain also.is there in spotting or mucus discharge?better to consult a gynecologist nearby and get evaluated.
