Lower Back And Front Abdomen Pain
Lower back and front abdomen pain and numbness on left side down around the bikini line A few days ago I had a faint pain in and around my bikini line in the front only on the left side. It kinda felt like I had constipation really bad. After going to the bathroom it didnt go away. As the days went on the pain didnt get any better and now my left side still in the same spot is numb and sore to touch. Its really uncomfortable and painful. It hurts when I put My legs together. A friend Of mine Said I could be pregnant But I dont think it would only on one side and Be going numb. Im really worried. And I was hoping to get a rough idea before I go spend money I dont really have.

I lost the ovary on my left side years ago. Could I still have pain on the left side from the right side.
Pain on the left from the right side is unlikely unless there is some twist. But there are other problems possible like Ectopic Pregnancy / Pelvic Inflammatory Disease / Diverticulitis / Hernia etc.
Exact diagnosis is not possible without examination.
I suggest that you get yourself checked even if it means expense as some of these conditions are better tackled early than late.

Went to the er and with test they said I was extremely constipated and I strained my back. I was given a muscle relaxer and tylenol along with milk of magnesia. Nothing feels any different. How long would things like this take. Now along the left side. groin. just in that crease its red and a lil bumpy. It hurts real bad.
I'm almost sure that your problems are not due to constipation or back strain. Especially since the area is red and a bit swollen.
Please go back to the ER and pester them till somebody competent looks at you.
