Lower Abdominal Pain, Runny Nose, Fever, Weakness, Diarrhea. Have Hemorrhoids

Hi doctor, I am 22 and male and i was having pain on my right side near the lower abdomen. I also have a runny nose and a fever. My body feels weak. Recently a lot of people have been smoking in my small apartment. I do not smoke . I also have what seems to be diarrhea and stomach pains. My diarrhea has been going on for a long time, on and off. I know for a fact i have hemorrhoids .

You might be suffering from Irritable Bowel syndrome. Diarrhea for a long time needs to be evaluated. (For how long time?). Please consult your physician for clinical examination and prompt treatment of the problem. IBS treatment vary with the severity of the symptoms.
