Low Weight. Eat Eggs And Nuts. Immune System Low. Problem?

hi
i am a female 22 years old (152)cm tall and (38-40)kg weight
i have been always this thin and all my sisters are
bt for like a 4 months i became a vegetarian (but i eat eggs and dairy)
i didn't lose weight but i feel that my immune system went down cuz I've been sick for like 4 times in this 4 months
i thought that maybe that i don't get enough calories
wt i eat at day is like this mostly :
for breakfast 2 eggs + 3 piece of slice brown bread
and for lunch i eat full plate of rice with potato and some vegetables
for dinner i will eat some beans with a bread
i also eat some nuts for snacks with milk
that almost wt i eat and my immune system was trouble for long time since i was a kid bt it became better for the past 2 years bt now it's down again
wt is wrong ?

Welcome to Health care Magic...

It seems that you are low in carbohydrate and protein .. I suggest you to follow diet plan as follows to gain weight and nutrition..

Morning - milk + banana + egg + Bread / carbohydrate food

11am - fresh juice ( alternate fruits )

1pm - Lunch rich in green leafy vegetables

4pm - Protein rich foods like ( gram.. nuts etc)

6pm- Milk

8pm - banana + Bread

Also add multivitamin in morning , calcium tablet in afternoon and iron with vitamin c at night to get adequate nutrients..

follow this for one month and you will have definite improvement..
