Low hemoglobin, weight loss, fatigue, fever. No sign of cancer in test. Worried?

My husband is 45, low hemoglobin 11 for the past 2 weeks, lost 8lbs in a week, fatigue , low grade fever(100.4) at night, has had an endoscopy and colonoscopy---no sign of polyps or cancer, but there is no diagnosis yet for him. I m worried about bone marrow cancer and very frightened for him.
