Low Bowel Movement. Home Remedy?

hello my name is myrna lafreniere...my son is 15 yrs old and hes had this problem before..he has a very hard time to have a bowl movement..this time it's been over a week now that he hasn't had a bowlmovement..is there anything at home that I can give for fast reliefe..and he's not in any pain...but I don't understand why he goes like that..

Thanks for writing to us.
Begin each day with a cup of boiling water poured over half a lemon.
Consume about 25 to 30 grams of dietary fiber a day, to promote regular bowel movements.
For an effective treatment of constipation, add 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar into an 8 oz glass of water, and drink this mixture three times a day. The Apple Cider Vinegar can also be mixed with apple juice or grape juice to make it more palatable.
take 1 teaspoon of psyllium mixed into a glass of juice three times a day until your constipation is relieved.

Hi,
Constipation is more common in children and older age, but can affect anyone.
Types of constipations are, Occasional constipation, Chronic constipation , Travel-related constipation, Age- related constipation ,etc.
The most common cause of constipation is a diet low in fibre found in vegetables, fruits and whole grains and high fats found in cheese, eggs and meats.
Liquids like water and juice add fluid to the colon and bulk to stools, making bowel movements softer and easier to pass.
People who ignore the urge to have a bowel movement may eventually stop feeling the urge, which can lead to constipation.
HOME REMEDIES,
1.Ginger tea is a great home remedy for constipation.
2.Add more fruits to the diet like pears, grapes , orange juice and papaya.
3.Give 3 teaspoons of isabgel husk with warm water or milk at bed time.
4.Give one teaspoon of castor oil with lukewarm water at bed time.
5.Give chopped fresh onion
6.Give 3 tablets of TRIPHALA with warm water at bed time.
