Low Back Pain, Painful Bumps On Inner Thigh, Groin And Inner Arm Muscles

I have been dealing with low back pain as well as painful bumps seemingly forming on inner thigh, groin , and inner arm muscles. I have been diagnosed with a herniated disc and have had two steroid injections with no relief. Pain is worst when muscles are at rest. I have seen physical therapists , chiropractors, massage therapists, family doctor and orthopedic surgeon. Not sure where to go next.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello jamant,

Thanks for posting your query

You had already diagnosed with herniated disc and you had no relief after steroid injections and physiotherapy.

So you have to discuss with orthopaedic or spinal surgeon for operative management (Discectomy).

Regards.
