Low Amniotic Fluid. How Is It Treated?

I am at 36th week of pregnancy. expecting my first baby at the age of 38. All my reports have been fine till now, I had higher BP in first trimester which I kept controlled with medicines alphadopa. Now suddenly my amniotic fluid falls to 4cm. I am insisting on a normal delivery while my doctor says we will have to do a c section. And asked me to repeat my ultrasound just incase it is incorrect. Is there a way to cover the amniotic fluid. I am suggested proanthocyanidin sachets.

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Keep taking the sachet as advised but you need proper evaluation and may need cesarean section as there are high chances of fetal distress in labour.
