General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
As you got repeated attack of anemia, it indicates that there might be having chronic blood loss from some where in the body.
Go for Vitamin B12 deficiency checking.
Go for stool test for 1,ova and cyst, 2, occult blood .
See that you are not having bleeding piles, fissure in ano which again give chronic blood loss.
If you have worm infestation then too blood loss is there.
Take more green veggies, fresh fruits, spinach, tomatoes, bananas,
Take nourishing food.
Ok aND BYE.

General & Family Physician Dr. Polash Sannigrahi's  Response
Hello Parveen,

Low Hb levels(Anemia) can be due to:
1. Inadequate dietary intake of essential nutrients required for blood formation, like Iron, Folic acid, Vit B12
2. Defective absorption of the nutrients in the intestine
3. Loss of blood due to any chronic condition like peptic ulcer, etc.

So it will be better to consult your general physician & discuss regarding the other causes of anemia.
Based on that, appropriate management steps could be taken.

Performing regular exercise & having a diet rich in Green leafy vegetables, fruits, jaggery helps in maintaining the Hb levels.

Wishing you a Good Health. Let me know if I need to clarify further.
Thanks & take care.
