Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You will need examination and investigation.
It could be missed beats and pain from chest wall muscles...

EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.

Low blood pressure in the absence of any other disease (especially of the heart) can be a normal finding and needs no worry or interference.

You must see a doctor. The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
