Loud Cracking Sound From Hip During Front Split, Had Pain Under Butt, Have Difficulty In Stretching. What Could This Be?
Hi, I was doing a front split last night and was holding it there. All of the sudden I heard a loud crack in what sounded like my right hip. I quickly got out of the split and my hip was not hurting, but right under my butt on the right leg was hurting. I cannot stretch now, and it hurts to move in most directions. Do you know what this could be?
