Head ache and short ness of breath together may be due to hypoxia, anaemia asthma, some systemic problem like CHF or uremia or migraine. Get done his complete hemogram, LFT, RFT, ECG, chest Xray and spirometry once to diagnose the cause. Now ask him to take Tab Paracetamol for head ache and salbutamol for shortness of breath as emergency medicine and have adequate regular sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises consisting breathing exercises. these will help Hope I answered your question.
