Lot Of Cramping, Feeling Of Heaviness In The Area Right Above Pubic Bone, Tiredness, Frequent Urination. Pregnant ?

I am experiencing a lot of cramping or a feeling of heaviness in the area right above my pubic bone very similar to symptoms I had in early pregnancy with my previous two children. I have had frequency of urination and tiredness. I have also had light nausea on and off and have a little breast tenderness, nothing like as sensitive as with my first child but had no breast tenderness in early pregnancy with my second child. Also blue vein on my left breast has become much more prominent today and I fell asleep at 8pm tonight on the sofa. Nothing unusual or tiring about my day, only other time I have fallen asleep so early was when I was pregnant. My lmp was on the 7th August. Due to these symptoms I took a test 3 days before period due and 3 more. First was negative then a faint positive then 2 negative at roughly 4 weeks 5 days and 4 weeks 6 days. I had a very odd period on the 4th september just spotting 1 day, very light flow the next then it stopped altogether the next day and had one last day of very light flow. I have never had a period so light and never had bleeding cease entirely for 24 hours. With my second child I had a light period even though I had a positive hpt and with first I had bleeding that was presumed to be a threatened miscarriage at 7 weeks. My hcg at roughly 5 1/2 -6 weeks was only 13 on the doctor's blood test but she also said from the urine test that I had a low specific gravity, I dont know what that means. So my question is could I still be pregnant even though I had a negative after that odd period? Can't remember hcg for second child but Dr's blood tests showed it took over a week to double with my first child. Is it possible my hcg is just too low to be detected on urine tests and not showing up? I am also concerned by the cramping pains and feeling of heaviness in my pelvic region, with first pregnancy I was warned as hcg low it might be ectopic? Please can you advise me.

HI
Thank for asking question to HCM
Do not be so over conscious regarding your period, this my create a pseudo sensation of regency, if you really have doubt, then go for ultra phonographic study of your uterus this is the very reliable mean to know the fetus inside, urine test is not at all 100% true, take care of your self.
