I am 31 year old, unmarried .All of sudden I lost any kind of sexual feeling. It is fact that I am going through bit stress. Pls let me know how long can take to regain libido. I am so scared to be get married. I lost my confidence, feel that I have already died. I am also scarring that I am going to be an impotent person.I dont have enough money to check up the doctor. Hi there, thanks for asking. It could be a part of depression. Depression is a common disease and it is easily manageable. It should be treated by doctor otherwise it may relapse during your life for several times. On the other hand, when somebody becomes depressed the doctor examines to see if thyroid is low functioning or any other issue could be the cause of the situation. I wish you a good health.

Stress and anxiety are one of the most important causes of sexual dysfunction. Often this becomes a vicious cycle where stress decreases sexual performance, this causes anxiety and then, the anxiety about this poor performance (called performance anxiety), further worsens the sexual performance.
I would advise you to try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga, meditation, etc. to handle your stress. You can also consult a psychiatrist for a detailed assessment and treatment. It is not advisable to prescribe any medication without eaxmining / assessing the person properly.

Hi, Thanks for using healthcare magic. Stress is known to reduce the libido of individual. You can regain your libido by getting out of stress by stress management. You can do breathing exercise, time management, yoga or meditation to reduce stress. If that does not work, you should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment.
