Lost appetite, mood abnormal, seems like stress or signs of pregnancy. Recommendations?
I've recently been feeling very down on myself and have constant thoughts of whether its all worth it, whatever it is. I have completely lost my appetite and just don't feel like myself. I don't know if this is stress related or if they may be signs of pregnancy. All I know is my mood is abnormal and I can't seem to focus on my daily tasks like I should.
