Loss Of Vision, Low Blood Sugar Levels. Worried

Today i went to do things as usual and my heart rate seemed faster than normal. and then i lost my vision for a few seconds. this happened for a good 20 minutes. I figured it was low blood sugar so i drank water ate some sugary snacks and took a rest. It went away and so i went out. While i was out less than an hour later my vision went out again. so i ate more snacks. it kept doing then on and off again all night. Is it just blood sugar and i shouldnt have went back out and rested the rest of the night?

Hello.

You're a Diabetic.
By history it seems to be like persistent hypoglycemia or Central retinal artery occlusion or any hemorrhage in the retina due to progressive diabetic retinopathy.
Anyway all and any of the above conditions are medical emergency and needs hospitalization and constant monitoring and evaluation.
Timely medical intervention is very important to stop the progression and prevent the complication and the disability.
