ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, you seem to having effusion of the middle ear and that seems to affect your inner ear which is related to balance maintenance. The ringing noise can also be because of this only. The other reason can be because of inner ear problem without any middle ear effusion. Both these conditions can lead to a vertigo problem. You need to see an ENT and the effusion can be evaluated by examination of the tympanic membrane. You may need to undergo a pure tone audiometry and impedance audiometry. Otherwise please use nasal decongestant drops along with mucolytics for few days along with labrynthine sedatives and betahistine in consultation with a doctor. Regards
