Losing Weight, Swelling In Lymph Node, Enlarged Thyroid After Increasing Nexium Due To Stress Symptoms. Reason?

Hi there, my query is I have been losing weight now for approx. 2 months which is when I increased my Nexium from 20 mg to 40mg due to stress related symptoms. It cleared the pain up in my stomach but I have noticed since then I have had swelling in my lymph nodes along with a slight enlarged thyroid. With tests being done for thyroid my reading was 3.5 should be around 5 to be normal and the anti body test have no results up to date and am having an US for thyroid next week. What is going on with my body as I sure no something is very wrong. I never felt like this two months ago? Can you help me.

It is very unlikely to be related to Nexium intake / stress

The symptoms you are mentioning can be because of lymphoma (presents with lymph node enlargement, loss of weight, on and off fever, feeling stressed out/fatigue etc)

Discussing the option of doing a lymph node biopsy with your doctor will give the answer, in my opinion
