Loose stools. What is wrong with my stomach?

Hello I am sam and I have been taking bathroom from last 30 days and the first day was normal but the 2nd and the 25 day i had loose motion.I have been taking it 2 times a days I mean i have skipped both meals and I drink good amount of water.So I want to know its any problem in my stomach ? and i m taking green tea from 3 months ago and coffer from 1 month ago but from i have loose motion 2 or 3 time in days its i have any in my stomach ?

Hi thanks for your question.
Most probably you have developed infection of the gut You need consultation with a physician who may order your stoll examination to determine the causative organism.You need a course of antibiotics for your gut infection.Continue taking lot of fluids.

Do you have spasmodic abdominal pain/ nausea and vomiting/ fever/ frequent urge to use washroom?

With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of acute bacterial gastroenteritis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for complete blood count, serum electrolytes and renal function test and stool routine microscopy..
You should take complete antibiotic therapy, probiotics, antispasmodics.
You should maintain your hydration by taking potassium rich supplements.
Avoid milk and all milk related products such as cheese and butter.
