Loose motions alternating with constipation,abdominal pain and bloating after meals. Low Hb levels. Treatment?
Hi..I have 18 years old boy in my ward..He has 2 months history of loose motions alternating with constipation , abdominal pain and bloating after meals and incomplete evacuation..hez fatigued all the time..meal intake is also too low..hez pallor and emaciated..his Hb is 5.6..what should be my approach regarding his treatment?
