Loose motion with stomach pain

sir my baby boy 6month running now.he is suffering in lossmotion with little water.how can i handel that plz.tell me some medi.name

Don't give any medicine in first 2 days of loose motion except for Oral Rehydration Solution in proper concentration plus normal liquid or semisolid diet . Most of the time , it's viral in nature & subsides within 2-3 days . But watch for dehydration ( urine output) , high grade fever , vomiting , alertness , blood in stool --- these are the few warning signs & need medication .
