Localized sharp headaches. Diagnosed with homocystinuria. Can not take cystadane powder. What to do?

I ve been having sharp headaches for the past 3 days. it seemed to be localized in one spot until today. My head is killing me. I have been diagnosed with homocystinuria. I can t afford my blood thinner, so i don t take it. My medical doesn t cover it. I m supposed to be taking cystadane powder. Should I be worried about my headaches? I m afraid it might be more serious then just migraines.
