Lipoma, Calcified Hematoma, Possible Abscess Near Sacroiliac Joint. Had Progesterone Shots. Related To High Risk Pregnancy?

what causes a hematoma to calcify?

US guided FNA done today on lipoma- calcified hematoma w/ possible abscess left gluteus near sacral-iliac joint, collection was not fluid more of a jelly substance yellow pink in nature.

Radiologist seemed perplexed by this substance, what could it be?
I did have progesterone shots (oil) base 6 years ago when I had a high risk pregnancy, could this be related?
Also had bone marrow bx in july 2013

Lipoma does not have blood collection unless there is history of trauma near or over the lipoma or the two lesion might be different from each other, still hematoma may be due to trauma, it is first possibility second there must be rupture of micro vascular system, I think the progesterone has nothing to take with all these, the under lying cause should be found out, please take care, have nice day.
