Hello
Your reports suggest that you are having high cholesterol as well as high triglycerides.
The goal of treatment should be to bring your cholesterol levels to below 180, triglycerides to be below 150 and LDL to be below 100.
You should take TONACT TG instead of TONACT.
TONACT TG will take care of both cholesterol and triglycerides.
Adopt lifestyle change measures like
Reduction of calories and weight
Regula exercises
Giving up sugar and fats
Avoiding colas
Quitting smoking and moderating alcohol.

As far as Ayurvedic medicine is concerned, there is no proven data which suggests that Ayurvedic medicines are better than allopathic medicines for reduction of lipids.
Take this medicine for at least 3 months and then repeat the test.
Thanks

thank you.your cholesterol,TG & LDL level are high.you need some non pharmacological therapy to reduce your lipid level.avoidance of smoking, fatty food, moderation of alcohol intake, reduction of weight & regular exercise will help you.then repeat the test after three months.if it is still high then drug may be needed.these lipid lowering drugs have some side effect but easily tolerable.common side effect is muscle pain, elevated liver & muscle enzyme.regular check up prevent any unwanted effect.
