Lipid Panel Tests Show Elevated Values. What Do I Need To Lower The Levels Without Using Statin Drugs?

Hello, I am a 44 Hispanic male who measures 5 7 and weighs 154 lbs. I received the following results of a lipid panel tests, and would like to know if I am at risk for heart disease: Cholesterol total 234, HDL Cholesterol 43, Triglycerides 176, LDL Cholesterol 156, CHOL/HDLC ratio 5.4, Non HDL Cholesterol 191. What do I need to do to lower these levels without taking statin drugs?
