my lips get dried and swollen..sometimes it is bleeding ..i noticed that it happens only during winter...what s the best medicine i should apply on my lips...thanks:)

its a common problem in cold climates, make sure You carry one lip balm with you which will always keep moisture on your lips preserved and apply it several times a day. Nothing to worry, also keep yourself well hydrated by drinking lots of water
