Linchen Sclerosis Of Vulva, Severe Pain. On Two Different Steroid Creams, No Relief. Treatment?
Hi I suffer from extreme Lichen sclerosis of the vulva . The pain is unbearable, I have two different steroid creams and none have done any good. The pain is getting worse and my gynecologist seems to want to avoid me whenever I ask him a question on the subject and doesn t give me a straight answer. Please help me. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, as you said if it is really "lichen sclerosus" then no specific treatment is there but of course the good hygiene could minimize it if the condition is itching symptoms then symptomatic relief can have with steroid and the best option is "Mometasone" hope this information helps you, have nice day.
