Lime yellow discharge, no odor, had unprotected sex, taken pills for blood in urine

hello i am having a light lime yellow type discharge no odor. i been off the shot since april and i had unprotected sex a few times....i no real bad....when i went in to my clinic they gave me pills to take twice a day and thought it was a bladder infection because they found blood in my urine its been over a week since ive finished my pills and still im having this issue
