Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to pancreatic insufficiency due to constant irritation.Digestion wont be proper with out proper amount of pancreatic enzymes which could be deficient in your case. That gives you the lime green stool, which can be due to bacterial action of undigested carbohydrates. In such cases i recommend pancreatic enzymes in therapy.Endoscopic retrograde extraction of stones can be considered after consulting your gastroenterology-surgeon.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
