Limb Heaviness/swelling/non-tingling Feeling Of Being Asleep

Last night I briefly felt a heaviness/swelling feeling in my right leg foot-calf. Tonight I had heaviness/swelling/non-tingling feeling of legs being asleep. There is no visible sign of ACTUAL swelling, just feels tight. It went briefly and came back and am now also feeling this in left arm just below elbow to hand. Related??? Note: Am currently recovering from Pleurisy and just had a root canal . I have been coughing all day with a scratchy throat .
