Lightheadedness, Rapid Heartbeat, Twitching. Was Admitted, Still Recurring Symptoms With Head To Toe Tingling. Why ?

21 yr. old male. Symptoms started with lightheadedness/ dizziness and rapid heartbeat . went to ER, told likely dehydrated due to age and just turning 21 a few days previous, sent home, consumed 200+oz of water following day, that night couldn t sleep due to twitching, and stopping breathing every time drifted off to sleep. Next afternoon vomited blood and went to ER again. Told symptoms aren t connected. Given nausea pills. Following day clinic Dr. referred to hospital for 24 hour observation and tests. Blood tests normal, BP normal, temp normal, Hanta Virus (negative), Mononucleosis (negative), West Nile (negative). Discharged from hospital. Following night dizziness, nausea, and rapid heartbeat. Went to ER, everything tested normal given anxiety and depression meds. 2 weeks later cleared by Psychiatrist not anxiety or depression simply helping from becoming anxious due to not knowing, but symptoms are still present. 2 days later went to ER again for fainting , nausea, wave from head to toe of tingling, and excessive sudden sweating. Still no answers. Smoker and have asthma diarrhea has occurred frequently since the first symptoms started, Adopted so no family history.
