Lightheadedness, frequent urination, instant stomach pain and disorientation after eating. Reason?

Hi, I am a female, 110 lbs, relatively healthy however for the past two and a half years I ve had an undiagnosed stomach ailment. Some of my symptoms consist of lightheadedness , instant urge to go to the bathroom, instant stomach pain, slight disorientation after eating. I ve been to a few specialists and they were on the fence about it being my gall badder, however nothing was conclusive. So if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
