Lightheaded, Shortness Of Breath, Nausea, Dizziness, Less Urination. Causes?

i have been light headed, shortness of breath, nausea , voice have changed to being hoarse, feel like im going to pass out, cramps throughout my body, and i have drunk about 6 to 8 bottles of water and use the restroom once and it was only a little. Do you know what is wrong with me? I dont feel good at all and i m a male

Thanks for query,
Your symptoms of shortness of breath, nausea,Cramps ,at the same time you have scanty urine in spite of taking lots of water looks like you have uremic disturbances.
You should consult your doctor he will see your kidney function test along with other differential diagnosis & treat you accordingly.
