Light vaginal bleeding, lifted weight. Had hysterectomy. Cause of bleeding?

I am experiencing some light vaginal bleeding. The blood is bright red in color. I had a hysterctemy in 2004 and have had no problems. I did lift something heavy today. I almost feel as though I am getting a yeast infection, but that never happens to me unless I am on antibiodics, which I am not. Where could it be coming from?
I am in no pain.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You had hysterectomy in 2004 & now to get vaginal bleeding is very rare except due to some local injury.
Consult your doctor & get local examination done to detect actual source of bleeding whether it is rectal or vaginal.
Take care.
