good morning, I'm hoping you can help. for the past couple months I've been having light spotting between periods. when this occurs I get excruciating pain in my right hip. This is intensified before a bowel movement and is uncomfortable after sex. I get some relief after I take an. anti-inflammatory.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
The symptoms you are describing appear to be due to endometriosis. You yourself can test it by taking one cycle of combined oral contraceptive pills. If symptoms are relieved partially/completely, you are likely having endomorphisms & need to consult gynecologist for treatment.
