Light Pink, Brown Discharge On Wiping After Normal Period, Faint Cramping. Why?

Hi my first day of my last period was on the 14th of October, it was normal. This Monday I experience light pink blood when I wiped myself. Wednesday and Thursday it was a faint brown on tissue. Tonight I had brown clumpy discharge on tissue. What could this be. I have an appointment on the 6th for a follow up appointment for a uti I had last month. Oh and there is faint cramping. Please help! I need to know if I should go to emergency room or just wait for my appointment.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have some pelvic infection, or acute anemia. When ever you have some pain and discomfort you should consult an emergency room for relief.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole, and dicyclomine hydrochloride when ever pain is there.
Thank you.
