Light Periods, No Cramps That Seem To Be Fading, Sharp Pain In Ovary. History Of Blighted Ovum. Cause Of Concern?

Hello Dr. Christensen, My name is Natalie. I am 38 yrs old. I have a 17 yr old son and had blited ovum 7yrs ago and no other pregnancies. My period las month was on the 12th and i am due for my next period around the 8th. I m not on any birth control medthod. I started having light bleeding Sat, Sun and today. No cramps . I feel fine. it looks like it s slowly going away. Driving home I did experience a sharp pain to what seemed my right ovary . Should I be concern?

Hello!
You should be not worried because sometimes the periods may be in this way,light bleeding.
For the pain in the right ovary you should be worried if this repeated .
To exclude the big problems you can do an ultrasound .
