Light-headed, Dizziness After Removal Of Ovary And Tube. Normal HB, Low BP. Will It Subside?

I had cyst on left ovary and 7 weeks after having left ovary and tube were removed, also some scarying on right ovary was removed but its healthy and still don t feel quite right. Pathology results all clear too. However, if walk more than 10-15 minutes I get light headed feel slightly dizzy (hard to describe). Gp check blood iron is normal and my blood pressure is low but the low end normal (and I have always been that way). Should I be feeling ok now? I am back at work doing half days but that s all I am able for.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking the history given here I could say that your history of surgery and the dizzy feel is nothing to do with this, and the dizziness may be due to the general weakness and this is some time common in post surgical phase, take care and have a nice day.
