Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
IgG and IgM are antibodies
, these are formed by the body in response to different circumstances including infection.
IgM is formed when a person becomes infected acutely (in the initial part of the infection) and IgG is formed after and it may remain.
The presence of the IgG may indicate that you had a previous infection with dengue
and cold symptoms are likely related to one of the viruses that can cause the common cold
. The symptoms are treated symptomatically.
You can use antipyretics to treat the fever and antihistamines , decongestants and cough
medication to treat any additional symptoms.
Fluid and rest would also be important.
I hope this helps
